Alnico magnet is made up of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and other elements; different composition leads to different magnetic properties, of course different use. There are to kinds of Alnico magnet according to different production process---- Cast Alnico magnet and Sintered Alnico magnet.

Cast Alnico Manget can be shaped into different sizes; with the low-temperature coefficient, high-temperature stability , moisture-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. It is mainly used in automobile parts, audio equipment, instrumentation equipment, educational and military aerospace and other fields.

Sintered Alnico magnet has the same material with the Cast Alnico Magnet,It is produced by powder metallurgy process, and suitable for the complex shape, light, thin, small product. It is widely used in instruments Instrumentation, communications, magnetic switch, and a variety of sensors.

Compare with the Cast Alnico Magnet, Sinter Alnico Magnet is easier to process, suitable for small size product and has better rough tolerance, but lower in magnetic property.
