NdFeB is a third generation rare earth permanent magnet. It not only has high remanence, high coercive force, high magnetic energy product, high performance and low cost, but also can be easily processed into various sizes. It is now widely used in aerospace, electronic electroacoustics, instrumentation, craft jewelry, leather handbags, packaging boxes, toys, medical technology, and other devices that require a permanent magnetic field device.


Surface treatment:

NdFeB ARC Magnet is hard and brittle, and easily oxidized and corroded. Based on this feature, the effective method is the surface protection layer. However, the neodymium-iron-boron sintered permanent magnet surface has the same voids and oxidation as the deterioration layer and incomplete density produced during the grinding process. The surface treatment must take necessary pre-treatment and proper electroplating process.
